How Are You Today?

2025. Worn Denim. Bamboo and Reed.

Created during residency  of MABEL - Mesa Arts Center.

A reflective and interactive installation inviting participants to pause, express their emotions through color, and contribute to a collective artwork. Participants select a vibrant denim feather representing their mood and add it to the Birdie sculpture. This sustainable, mixed-media installation celebrates personal expression and community connection. Attendees can also take home a keychain kit made from repurposed denim.

How Will You Answer
The Water's Call?

2024. Worn Denim. Copper. Rope.

ARTx Flagstaff Grantee.

It is no doubt Arizona is facing a water crisis. As we are deeply impacted by the water shortages, so is the beloved wildlife around us. "How will you answer the water's call?" is an interactive art that aims to simulate the audience to think about the relationship between water, humanity and wildlife.

This large-scale installation was housed at the pop-up  at the Historic Narckard Pepsi Warehouse.

Diving Into the Goodyear

2026. Acrylic. Steel hanging structure. Solar panels and sensors (interactive mechanisms,).

Commissioned by Goodyear Arts and Culture.

An interactive suspended sculpture inspired by the Goodyear community and the ocean. Visitors are invited to walk beneath the piece, triggering gentle movement as the swimmers drift downward. Composed of many sea creatures—voted on by the community during a fun outreach—the artwork near the community pool and recreation center shows how individual parts come together to form a whole. Each movement represents collective effort, reminding us that every action matters.
